Welcome to the Howland Troop 122 Website !

Welcome to the Howland BSA Troop 122 website! BSA Troop 122 is chartered by the Howland United Methodist Chuch, located at 730 Howland-Wilson Road in Warren, Ohio. We are part of the Arrowhead District of the Greater Western Reserve Council.

Troop 122 serves youth in Howland, Vienna, and the surrounding communities to further the Mission of the Boy Scouts of America:  To prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Cost $20 per Scout.  Wilderness Campsite.

We'll leave HUM promptly at 6:00PM Friday night.

Earn the  Wilderness Survival Merit Badge. Several stations will be set up on the north side of camp. Also, a trapper will be on site to demonstrate how to build snares and cook fish and wild game. Scouts will need to bring a personal survival kit and will have the option of spending Friday or Saturday night in the outdoors without a tent.  Saturday's activities will conclude with a rousing campfire program.

Beaumont Scout Reservation Special Camps for 2014

During the off season, Beaumont will offer program camps and trainings. During these themed weekends the opportunity for advancement, achievements, and merit badge requirements will be covered during the event.

New Troop Neckerchiefs

New Troop neckerchiefs are in!  Every Scout receives a free neckerchief when joining the troop.  New/Replacement neckerchiefs are $15 and are available in regular size and oversize.

Beaumont Scout Reservation is located in Rock Creek, OH on State Route 45, 7 miles south of Interstate 90.  A map of driving directions is attached.
